Hubei Ming Xiang Group Co. Ltd. (former Shiyan Ming Xiang Trade Co., Ltd.), was established in March 2000. Ming Xiang Group is a diversified industrial group, which commits to vehicle manufacturing & sales, finance service, energy project, real estate development and imp & exp trade,. Now Ming Xiang Group owns 15 holding companies, which across 3 provinces and 9 cities in China, and the total registered capital is over 500 million Yuan (RMB). In 2013, the annual turnover is over 3 billion Yuan, and increased by almost 20% compared with that in 2012.

The DPT of Ming Xiang Commercial Vehicle has more than 300 staffs, and the annual sales reach 5000 units, total 1.5 billion Yuan. Group sets up Wuhan Yiming loan Companies located in East Lake high tech Zone, with registered capital of 200 million Yuan. Furthermore, Group shares 53.6 million Yuan of Hubei Bank, and 13 million Yuan of Shiyan Credit Union.

In 2012, Hubei Ming Xiang Group cooperated with China Gas Group to construct high pressure natural gas pipeline over 500 kilometers in Laohekou\Danjiangkou and Wudang Mountain in Hubei Province. The pipeline project radiates more than 90% local region, and brings great convenience to the local people and companies.
